How this works.
- Fill out the form below and don't forget to tell us what is wrong with your phone. If you're not sure we can fix it, just contact me.
You will receive an email with your ticket number so make sure you're email is correct.
- Print the email and leave your device and the email (no cords, cases or accessories) at our convenient pick up location at the following address:

They are open at 8 AM, Monday thru Friday and we pickup and drop off all devices at 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday
Please know that Farnsworth Electronics is only a drop off / Pick up point. The employees there can not answer any questions about your phone or the pricing of parts and services. If you have any question please call me at (319) 553-1900.
- I will pick up your device at about 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday and notify you by email I have your device.
- If your device needs a part and I don't have it in stock I will email you an invoice to get the part coming.
At that point you have two choices.
1) Leave the phone with me so it can be repaired when the parts arrives or
2) Take the phone back to use until the part comes. I will email you when it arrives and you can drop it off again.
Parts usually take about 3 days to ship.
- Once your device is fixed I will email you an invoice to pay.
You can use paypal, credit or debit card.
- When the invoice is paid I will drop your device off at Farnsworth Electronics on 3:30 PM the next working day.
